KinoJam: The Final

  May 25, the official final of the festival "KinoJam" was held at the one of the halls of "Multiplex". The short -length films contest among directors-amateurs passed with the support of Ustin Maltsev Fund, public organization "Association "WE ARE KHERSONIANS", cinema network "Mulplex", Administration of aesthetics and external advertising of Kherson City Council, and travel agency " All tours".

  Since May 16, 10 days, 40 teams made movies on selected tasks.28 teams went to the final, 3 of which present their films out of competition. There were the teams of organizers and jury. In the contest of the film fest demonstration of competitive works held at the cinema "Multiplax", everyone was able to visit.
  Project coordinator of humanitarian block of public organization "Association "WE ARE KHERSONIANS" Vitaliy Belobrov awarded and congratulated the winners. "I want to thank to all participants! You showed a really high level of film making in Kherson. Those works, as it seems to me, which have been the best one, and got support from all members of jury, that's why they won. I suppose that such events certainly are needed and we are ready for further their support", said Vitaliy Belobrov.
  1st place, in jury's opinion, took the team "Golden Legend st." with the film "Key of Heaven" (Kherson), 2nd place - project "Flying Flower" by Andrey Bogun with the film "Route" (B. Aleksandrovka). The representative of Ustin Maltsev Charitable Fund, Lyaskovkaya Olga, congratulated the winners of people's choice award.
  1st place took the team "WhiteFilm" with the film "Ferris Wheel" (Kherson),
  2nd place - the team "Freefilm" with the film "Dungeon Shadow".
  "I wish all participants creative inspiration, success, good luck in your future projects! Hope that all your films will be on the big screens of Ukraine and world, and thanks such persons like you, the cinematography in Kherson will develop and popularize" - said Lyaskovskaya Olga, Fund representative.

  All winners were awarded by prizes from the sponsors, and Kherson First Film School supported the filmmaking debutants and gave them educational certificates. At the end of official part of event, all participants, directors, jury, as well as movie fans could communicate, share their emotions and impressions, discuss plans for future in pleasant atmosphere during after-party.
