Ustin Maltsev Fund saved the life of little Kherson girl Kopievskaya Sofia.

  Thanks to the support of kind hearted people and maintenance of Ustin Maltsev Fund it was promptly managed to gather the necessary amount of 57 780 UAH (2500 USD) for lifesaving surgery for Kopievskaya Sofia.
  At the end of January 2015, 3year-old girl Kopievskaya Sofia during the schedule checkup of cardiac surgeon, doctors found congenital heart disease and diagnosed: "Congenital heart disease, patent ductus arteriosus". Because of this defect child's ductus arteriosus didn't close, and aorta defects of large diameter is not able to self-closing without any treatment and stayed open, and also may cause a variety of complications of child's organism.
  The treatment will take place in Kiev "Heart Institute of Ministry of Health of Ukraine". Cardiologist have been assured that after the operation on placing cardiac implant occluder the girl could live full life, and child's parents loose their fear about their daughter's life.
