A humanitarian catastrophe is brewing on the territory of the Kherson region. Most villages are cut off from water supply and electricity. Food and medicines are not supplied. In the city of Kherson, food stores and pharmacies are closed. The population is left without full life support.
 Representatives of the Red Cross and volunteer groups, as far as possible, continue to deliver food kits, medicines and personal hygiene products. Particular attention is paid to large families, the poor and the disabled. The work of volunteers is greatly hampered in view of the limited receipt of humanitarian assistance, since the Kherson region is closed to traffic from Zaporozhye.
