The Project of the Ustin Maltsev Team - among the Leaders.

One of the most popular projects in Ukraine - Savik Shuster project Become a Leader have come to Kherson. During the period March, 20-22 on the basis of Kherson State University the casting on selecting the participants was held. 18-40- year-old residents of Kherson were able to share the ideas and to show leadership features.
The casting was held in three stages. The first stage required to fill in special forms and pass an interview with moderators. In addition, the participants were to recall the history, the last read book and to prove the value of their ideas for country. For those who have passed the task, the casting continued the next day. The participants were divided into groups, each of them were to elect the leader and to represent their project during the third day of casting.
After voting moderators have chosen 5 winner-groups. The third place was shared between three groups: Layma Shanava team Etnomolodezh Drive -2010 (exchange of cultural traditions between different nationalities), Maria Pilatova team Extrime Park (the construction of a skate park), and Irina Nefedotova team Light of Hope ( aid to blind children).
The second place was taken by the team Road Patrol headed by Ustin Maltsev. They represented the project Road of Life. "Roads reflect the character of the country", considers Ustin Maltsev, "that is why our project is aimed at improving the roads, the young team is going to draw attention of all citizens concerned by the problem. Each repaired and improved part of the road will be marked by the emblem of the project".
The first place was taken by Alexandr Zaderey team, who represented the project OSMD Ecohouse.
All of the winners will compete with teams from other cities in Kiev to gain the right for participating in a reality show.
