The Program on Developing the Corporate Social Responsibility Operates in Ukraine

The management program of non-profit organizations of Ukrainian Catholic University, Princes-Benefectators Ostrozhsky Foundation with financial support of Ch.S. Mott Foundation work on the project The Development of Corporate Social Responsibility in Ukraine nowadays. The activities of the project are spread into 5 regions - Rivne, Lviv, Lutsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. The project aims at developing regional philanthropy, helping to create enabling legal financial conditions which would stimulate charity in non-profit sphere, working out the recommendations for Ukrainian charitable organizations on creating the system of cooperation with business and developing of endowment. The fund Zahyst joined the action in our city. March 1-2, at Lavrenyov Kherson Regional Library for Youth the training course on developing the corporate social responsibility in Ukraine was held, Ustin Maltsev Kherson Regional Charitable Foundation, Kherson Regional Branch of Ukrainian Association for Promotion of Self-organization of the Population, public organization Direct Democracy, the association of officers Centre- Tavria, Kherson Regional Committee of Voters of Ukraine, Kherson Regional Public Organization of Invalids For Equal Opportunities, Kherson Regional Public Organization of Soldiers' Mothers of Ukraine, National Student Committee took part in the event . The organizers held training course where the participants were working out group- projects and discussing the issues concerning charitable activities in Ukraine.
