Philanthropists have established the newest equipment in branch of children's cardiology

In the Kherson area lives about 1 500 children with congenital heart diseases. Every year born about 100 children with such diagnostic. Every fourth of them need immediate treatment. Figures terrible therefore it is not surprising that representatives of socially responsible business and the charitable organizations has paid attention to this problem and have carried out the action of fund raising on acquisition of the special equipment with which help treatment and diagnostics of children's cardiology become more effective.

On February, 11th company " Danon ", together with Welfare fund Ustina Maltseva and Fund of the help and development to children of Chernobyl (USA), has transferred the equipment to cardiological branch of the Kherson children's regional clinical hospital, got on the means collected on the charitable action «Run with a faith in a heart» which, philanthropists have organized in Kherson on September, 25th, 2010. The equipment has bought in total on 90 thousand grivnas.
Given video equipment will allow to spend teleconsultations with the best cardiologists of Ukraine that many times over will increase chances of recovery of kids. It is connected to the device of ultrasonic and, at carrying out of inspection of the child in Kherson, experts from Kiev cardiological center can improve diagnostics of disease and at revealing of emergencies operatively to deliver the child to operation in Kiev cardiological center.
On the ceremony of transfer of new equipment to cardiological branch of the Kherson children's regional clinical hospital,it was visited by the deputy chief of public health services of the regional state administration Marchenko Natalja Mironovna, the general director of factory «Danon Dnipro»  Zubov Dmitry Lvovich and the head of Welfare fund Ustin Maltsev. Dmitry Lvovich has thanked all citizens of the town and area that they didn't remain indifferent to the charitable action «Run with a faith in a heart», and also city administration and welfare fund Ustina Maltseva. Charitable foundation of Ustin Maltsev  operates in our city already throughout four years and has deserved popularity and trust among inhabitants thanks to the actions of the devoted mercy and the help. Zubov Dmitry Lvovich has declared that the action «Run with a faith in a heart» will be traditional. The head of Welfare fund, Ustin Maltsev has accurately noticed: «With arrival and presence of company   "Danon Dnipro "   and such person as Dmitry Lvovich to Kherson region has come a new stage of the big charitable wave». We hope that he is right and company "Danon Dnipro ", and philanthropists, and all of us every year will do more and more for this purpose, to help by that, which needs it.
Inhabitants of Kherson, you can be proud of yourselves, thanks to your kind hearts, money for video equipment have been raised. It will treat and save lives to many Kherson childrens.
