Young leaders of the Kherson region had the support of the EU

Project of Savik Shuster "Become a leader!" was supported by European  Union  program "The support to sustainable regional development “ through the organization of special education, for  the winners of this contest.
The Program" Become the leader! “ by the “Savik Shuster Studio " was intended to find talented young people who can implement useful, good ideas in their regions, in their communities, in their cities. But all these ideas without certain knowledge and skills to make these ideas in the form of projects may never materialize, " said J.Tretyak.
Kherson’s finalists of the project "Become a leader!" Ustin Maltsev and Alexander Zaderej will represent a strategic framework to address the problem with municipal solid waste. The EU noted that this issue is fundamental and strategic for the Ukrainian society.
In turn, a head of the economic programmers of the European Union Representation in Ukraine H.L.Lore noted that this project was supported by significant social impact, in view of its implementation in the regions.
"I think, the idea of this contest is totally relevant to the development of the country. Development of this country may be based on good ideas, which generates youth. As is known, the introduction of a new regional policy in Ukraine today has become one of the priority provisions for dialogue between Ukraine and the European Union, "he added.
